Dash

2010 – 2024

Dash was a gentle soul. I adopted him (in New York) even though I knew his time with me would be limited. (He was dealing with liver and spleen cancer.) Even so, we shared an amazing 68 days together. Dash made new friends on our daily walks. He was fascinated by snow and squirrels. His last day was playful, and he passed gently over the Rainbow Bridge.

Remembrances

Leaving a personal story, memory, or words of support for a pet’s family is a heartfelt way to pay tribute and provide comfort. As part of your remembrance, we also invite you to leave a virtual token along with your words — similar to our tradition here at the Sanctuary of leaving stones, beloved items, or small toys on the graves of cherished animals.
