Here at Best Friends, animals have such a special place in our lives. We honor those pets we’ve loved and those who need our help today. At Best Friends, we keep pets in our hearts

Remembrances

Leaving a personal story, memory, or words of support for a pet’s family is a heartfelt way to pay tribute and provide comfort. As part of your remembrance, we also invite you to leave a virtual token along with your words — similar to our tradition here at the Sanctuary of leaving stones, beloved items, or small toys on the graves of cherished animals.
Alley, like all who have gone over the rainbow bridge take a little paw shaped piece of our hearts with them. I am sure that my Sox and Onion will be there with the others to welcome Alley with loud purrs and friendly head bumps.

I looked up to Alley. She was just a bit older than me but she had that boss lady, sassy thing that I aspire to. Plus, she was fluffy and pretty. And tortie. She was always the star, but was occasionally gracious to her male costars. She was Purrfect. Sending love to all who loved her, Mika.

As well as being very beautiful, she had an abundance of personality. I loved hearing about her run ins with the vet. She was much loved and will be much missed.

Alley was a beautiful feisty girl who I best new for keeping her brothers Frisky and Othello in line with that gorgeous iron paw 🐾. She will be greatly missed by her mum Robyn but will be reunited with the boys at Rainbow 🌈 Bridge to watch over Mum, Mr Milty and Odile xxx
