Remembrances

Leaving a personal story, memory, or words of support for a pet’s family is a heartfelt way to pay tribute and provide comfort. As part of your remembrance, we also invite you to leave a virtual token along with your words — similar to our tradition here at the Sanctuary of leaving stones, beloved items, or small toys on the graves of cherished animals.

My dear friend Vanessa is a woman with the biggest rescue heart!
She adopted Stitch from a wonderful Clinic, Animal kingdom, in 2017.
Stitch was very malnourished, but Vanessa got her chunky in no time at all. Her love for Stitch helped her to flourish as well.
Stitch got along with all of the familiy’s many pets, even sunbathing with one of her cats!
This sweet Iguana will be forever missed, as she brought so much joy to my friend and her family.
Rest well Stitch. Someday your loved ones will be with you as you rush to greet them on the Rainbow Bridge.

You are invited to join us the last Thursday of each month at 4 p.m. MT as we remember the lives of pets we have loved and lost. For those who are not able to attend in person, a video recording of each blessing is posted soon thereafter online.
