A Best Friends Angels Rest Pet Memorial from a Friend

Barley

2025

Barley was a beloved member of the Rudnick family. She was a sweet girl who brought us joy. We learned a lot from Barley, especially old dogs CAN learn new tricks. She was gracious and patient with us mere humans. She was always first to bed, as she had to make sure to get her beauty rest. She will be greatly missed. Mom, Dad, and Hopper will love her forever!

Remembrances

Leaving a personal story, memory, or words of support for a pet’s family is a heartfelt way to pay tribute and provide comfort. As part of your remembrance, we also invite you to leave a virtual token along with your words — similar to our tradition here at the Sanctuary of leaving stones, beloved items, or small toys on the graves of cherished animals.
Barley loved people of all shapes and sizes. She always tried to make things better, and would curl up and cuddle with people to comfort them. She and her brother, Hopper were fast friends and often curled up together. Once, they got a hold of a box of Cherry tomatoes. What a mess! She was our treasured best friend. We love and miss you, Barley.
