2000 – 2023

'Vander was my best friend. The runt of a litter of 6 identical solid black kittens became my last foster fail. His spirit of participation was amazing!! 'Vander chose to join in every adventure that came his way - road trips, weekly visits to grandma in assisted living 2 hours away, shopping at PetCo, JoAnns, Home Depot, the Halloween Store (where else would you shop with a black cat) and his absolute favorite past time - kayaking! I will miss him for the rest of my life. Nine lifetimes would not have been enough with him.
