Stegosaurus

2020 – 2023

Stegosaurus is forever loved and cherished in my heart. He was found as a stray, severely emaciated and nearly dead. God bless everyone who rescued him and medically treated him at BARCS in Baltimore, MD. I fostered him, helping him to become healthier and happy. Stegosaurus had neurological issues that were concerning. BARCS contacted me to bring him to the shelter to be humanely euthanized. I was devastated! To stop this from happening, I adopted him immediately. I provided the best life for him from 07/12/2022 until his death here at my home 03/23/2023. My heart is at peace knowing that he experienced a loving and happy life. Stegosaurus had a huge impact on my life in those months he shared his life with me. I miss him, and I love him forever.

Remembrances

Leaving a personal story, memory, or words of support for a pet’s family is a heartfelt way to pay tribute and provide comfort. As part of your remembrance, we also invite you to leave a virtual token along with your words — similar to our tradition here at the Sanctuary of leaving stones, beloved items, or small toys on the graves of cherished animals.
