Mellie, my bottle baby. The most determined, toughest, bravest cat I've ever known and the world lived by your rules. I absolutely adored you and it's far too quiet upstairs without you. I definitely wasn't looking for another cat when you came to me, but the 12 years I had with you wasn't nearly long enough. Thank you, Mel, for being my girl.

You are invited to join us the last Thursday of each month at 4 p.m. MT as we remember the lives of pets we have loved and lost. For those who are not able to attend in person, a video recording of each blessing is posted soon thereafter online.
