Moxie

2025

Moxie came to us from a shelter. She had never been socialized and just didn’t like anybody. We took her home anyway, feeling confident that with love and time, as well as patience, she would be a wonderful little dog to have is our companion. Although over the 10 years that we had her, she still disliked a whole lotta people, she loved us. She was loyal, loving, and fit right into our home. She’d had a heart murmur ever since we got her and on January 28, 2025, her little heart that had been so filled with love. Just finally got the advantage. We will love her forever. We will see you again someday, Baby.

Remembrances

Leaving a personal story, memory, or words of support for a pet’s family is a heartfelt way to pay tribute and provide comfort. As part of your remembrance, we also invite you to leave a virtual token along with your words — similar to our tradition here at the Sanctuary of leaving stones, beloved items, or small toys on the graves of cherished animals.
